We believe that excellent customer service is at the heart of any succesful business. At StopTap we really go the extra

mile to make sure that you are 100% happy with the work that we do for you as most of our business comes from 

referals and repeat business. On completion of all our installations you are given a customer comments questionaire to fill out

and we ask you to score us on different aspects of your expericence with us. We ask you to score us on how good the work we

did was for you, How you were treated by our engineers, how clean and tidy we left your property etc. We publish the comments

on the bathroom gallery section of our website from each of our customers so that you can see for yourself how well we scored.
